Free parking on the street and in our spacious behind the building. Please limit your transportation to 2 vehicles.

2 Full Bathrooms with tub & shower, fresh towels, hairdryer and your essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

2 Private rooms with 2 queen beds, stocked with fresh, high-quality linens, and extra pillows. Also includes a pullout sectional in the living room.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

Guests must be 25 years or older to book and check-in. The guest's name as shown on their Airbnb profile and ID must match. Only the number of guests specified during booking can stay in the unit. No parties or gatherings! NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS!

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Your booking will be completed via Airbnb or VRBO.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking will not qualify for a refund based on your trip dates.

Free cancellation deadlines are in the property's timezone. Learn more about cancellation policies.

If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your traveler account.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Check-in time for this home starts at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.

House details and rules

No smoking. No parties or events.

Price and availability

Get an 11% discount on stays longer than a week, or 20% on stays longer than a month.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
